Terms and Conditions
  • Once this contract is signed all provisions entailed are non-negotiable.
  • Taxes: All applicable local, city, federal, and provincial taxes are your responsibility and will be applied to the work order. You agree to pay these taxes.
  • Neither DRDESIGN nor any of its employees is your agent or representative in any governmental/private matters.
  • All questions, inquiries or clarifications about the costs, prices, timeframes, methodologies, procedures or the preliminary report(s) must be addressed, clarified and resolved before signing of this contract. Any disputes, claims, discrepancies or queries must be brought to the attention of Arvind Muthiah of DRDESIGN and settled prior to the signing of this contract.
  • After the completion of any repair or replacement only an authorized member of DRDESIGN is permitted to inspect or further repair, if needed, any item within the warranty period. If any product repaired or replaced by DRDESIGN is consulted, repaired or tampered by any other source DRDESIGN’s warranty is null and void.
  • All service includes a 90-day limited warranty during which time any malfunction will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. This does not include repair on damage as a result of misuse, neglect, failure to follow instructions of proper use, abuse, or accident. More
  • No refund on services will be made under any circumstance from Arvind Muthiah of DRDESIGN.
  • Arvind Muthiah of DRDESIGN reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, institution or entity.
  • It is understood and agreed that the individual, institution or entity that is signing this contract is ultimately responsible for all payments and any additional charges that may accrue.
  • The customer may be held responsible to pay 100% of the contract at the request of Arvind Muthiah of DRDESIGN at any time. However, full payment must be made prior to delivery of replacement items.
  • If a contracted item cannot be repaired by DRDESIGN, a brand new replacement product will be provided at the stipulated repair cost. This only applies after full repair fees have been paid.
  • DRDESIGN INC. reserves the right to refuse service.
  • Any additional consultations, service requests, and site visits associated with a signed contract, will require a new contract to be signed.
  • Each Service Contract is limited to the specifications outlined within the contract. It does not apply to any further visits, consultations, or services.
  • If payment for any service is not received on time, any discounts become null and void, and standard rates of $85/hr will apply.
  • On Call service available 24 hours a day.
