All service includes a 90-day limited warranty during which time any malfunction will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost. This does not include repair on damage as a result of misuse, neglect, failure to follow instructions of proper use, abuse, or accident.

If DRDESIGN is unable to repair a malfunction during the warranty period, a replacement unit, equivalent to the replacement cost specified in the Consultation report, will be provided at no extra charge.
